Oh Hello

I havent been able to settle down in one place long enough. All these months since November, its been hop on/off a plane/train/bike/bumpy car, from one place to another. Filming like a maniac, thats the easy part. Editing's a bitch when you're not "into" it. And truth be told, i dont feel very "in" to anything right now. Call it the weather or look at how tired my fingers are from counting how many people ape what i do, and then freak the fuck out when i comment on their very obviously-emulated actions.


I dont mind anymore though, so im not angry about it. It is a pleasure to be copied, for people to think that whatever little i do actually matters enough for them to go ahead and do the same thing. I like being a trendsetter, it feels good. So yeah, i am not angry. Quite pleased actually.


Just realized that i actually don't like people. Really. 

• There's too many of them, and most of them are stupid/useless/unambitious 

• We're overpopulated and in Kolkata, this is NOT helpful, especially during traffic jams, at malls and during those moments when you're figuring out your birthday list in the hope of throwing a "small" party 

• A lot of people use other people, and thats fine [normal, apparently] but what gets to me is the way they will pretend to be your friend, worm their way into your life, take whoever/whatever they want and then give YOU attitude when you comment about their being very like those reeds they talked about in Julius Caeser. 

• I dislike more people in summer for one obvious reason [snotty little kids under age 5 especially the ones on flights when you canNot avoid them] - they smell worse than they usually would in a non-summery context.

• They talk waaay too much. About shit that does not involve them/their loved ones [present and former]/their lives and futures in any perceivable way. Usually their gabbing revolves around someone else, and will more often than not, be non-positive in nature.
